Contact Tagging is the practice of saving contacts for the purpose of lead segmentation or qualification. This step is particularly helpful if you work in stages. Tagging leads makes it easy to revisit them in the future when you have time to reevaluate them.
To access your tagged leads, visit the Saved Contacts page.
- Click on Saved Criteria. Check the box for Tags and select your preferred tag from the drop-down menu.
- If you would like to filter leads by the day you tagged them, check the Date Saved box and set the range.
- You can also filter tagged leads by source by checking the Saved From box. If you want to view leads you saved from the contact database, select Who to Contact from the menu. If you want to view intent leads, select Who’s Shopping.
