Is there a way to turn off International leads? We only want leads from the USA.
Yes, there is.
Login into your account:
Left-hand navigation: Lead Handling Rules > Territory Rules
International Territory Assignments Tab (center of screen)
Click on the “Unselect all countries” button.
Check the box for your home country.
Click on the “Update your international territory” button.
Note: This function is specific to each user profile. You will need to do this for each user profile
