Google Analytics does not provide you with ip addresses – It’s part of their privacy policy that no personally identifiable information is being tracked, once the visit has passed through the view filter it is no longer available. The data is, more or less, in an aggregate form. What you can see is the approximate location of your visitors in the Audience > Geo > Location report and the name of the network/ISP (that sometimes contains the name of the organization) at Audience > Technology > Network.
This is really different from Merlin Intel as we do provide you with the actual IP address of your visitor and any company information provided when that IP address was registered.
